New 2016 Stacker Manifold ‘O’ Ring Adaptors

Set for release in 2016 we are introducing our improved Stacker Manifold Assemblies with the new captive ‘O’ Ring Adaptors. Thread sealants are not required. The threaded manifold porting is not compromised as sealing is achieved via the custom ‘O’ Ring assembly. It eliminates any issues that can arise from trying to maintain a seal via interference fit on threaded fittings.

Test runs are crucial in establishing the procedures necessary to maintain the tight tolerances required for thread formation. PPAP quality control plans apply to all parts we injection mold and manufacture and are to the standard required for products that we supply to John Deere in North America.

The dual cavity tooling for our new range of custom manifold adaptors give us total build autonomy in custom parts which are required to configure our STACKER distribution systems for row crop planters and air drills.
