Liquid Row Crop Planters Systems

In April 2012, the Allied Supplier Agreement between John Deere and Liquid Systems (SA) has been extended to cover retrofit systems for John Deere Planters. Liquid Systems (SA) can now supply dealers across North America & Australia with liquid fertilizer injection systems for the entire John Deere planter range.

Liquid Systems (SA) pump and control modules and Stacker Distribution System is ideally suited for adaptation to row crop planters. Extensive in-field testing carried out over the past 3 years in the US has proven our systems deliver on all fronts. With proven row to row, second by second accuracy, proven rate control and proven durability, we have module and distribution system alternatives that cover anything from entry level to the extreme.

Pictured below is an image of our new PR-1 Auto-rate Pump and Control Module. This is our entry level module and has been specifically designed for fitment to planters. It has very compact dimensions and boasts all the latest features necessary for precision rate control.

Below is an Alliance 276 (Dual Liquid / Dual Auto-rate Module) mounted to a DB90 Planter. This system was fitted by Jamestown Implement, North Dakota for Zink Farms. The Alliance 276 dual system also incorporated dual, 3 section swath control distribution systems with all functions being interfaced to a GS3 controller. Liquid at 2 separate rates was being applied both in-furrow and inter-furrow.

It’s possible to adapt any of our Alliance Modules for row crop planters. They can be either machine mounted or caddy cart mounted. Below is a 90’ DB Planter with an Alliance 1126 machine mounted Module.

All our systems have been designed for integration with John Deere Greenstar Controllers and all systems offer section control as an option. Click Here for more information about Display Integration.
