Warranty Statement

Warranty: Liquid Application Systems

Liquid Systems (SA) warrants that new liquid application systems are free from defects and improper workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of installation, unless a Warranty Registration Form has not been received, in which case the period is 12 months from date of purchase by the end user.

Warranty: Parts

Liquid Systems (SA) warrants that new parts are free from defects and improper workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is satisfied in its entirety by Liquid Systems (SA) repairing or replacing free of charge any part that shows evidence of defect or improper workmanship if returned freight pre-paid to Liquid Systems (SA), provided that in Liquid Systems (SA)’s sole opinion such defect or improper workmanship was caused by the manufacturer.

Systems and parts supplied by Liquid Systems (SA) are for the application of commercially available liquid fertilisers, micronutrients and crop care products. This Warranty does not cover damage or defects that arise from any other use of Liquid Systems (SA) products.

This warranty does not cover damage or defects to systems or parts caused by the use of highly corrosive liquids including, but not limited to, acids, highly alkaline liquids and solvents.

Expressly excluded from this limited warranty are defects caused by misuse, abuse, or improper application, employment or operation of the unit.

Expendable items, such as pump diaphragms, and damage resulting from unauthorized repair are also excluded from this limited warranty.

Under no circumstances will Liquid Systems (SA) be responsible or liable for any damages, losses, costs or expenses, whether suffered or incurred by the purchaser or any third party arising in any manner or incident to the operation, performance, use of or inability to use Liquid Systems (SA) supplied products.

Eligibility – Warranty Registration

To ensure future warranty eligibility, when a new system is installed end user customers must complete the Liquid Systems (SA) Warranty Registration Form supplied with each Module Manual Documentation and return it to Liquid Systems (SA) within 30 days of installation. The form has been pre-populated with appropriate data for a particular purchased system. The end user must complete the remaining fields of the form and post a copy in the mail or email to warranty@liquidsystems.com.au  We ask that dealers installing assist the end user to send the form and/or help the purchasers to fill it out at the time of purchase/installation.

To be eligible for this warranty, end user customers must immediately report any issue with a part or system to the dealer from where they purchased the product or directly to Liquid Systems (SA) Support (on 08 8357 4437). Dealers must contact Liquid Systems (SA) as soon as possible after being notified of such an issue.

Liquid Systems (SA) will attempt to resolve technical issues remotely. If required, end user customers and dealers must assist and communicate with Liquid Systems (SA) support staff in their efforts to resolve any technical issues.

If an end user customer believes they have a valid claim against this warranty, they should complete and submit a Warranty Claim Form through their dealer.

Australian Consumer Law

The benefits provided to the consumer by the warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to the consumer under the law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
