LQS RATE CONTROL MODULES are engineered to provide accurate target rate application, while maintaining the physical integrity of liquid products in super tough conditions. “STACKER” DISTRIBUTION KIT provides even and accurate liquid delivery into the furrow. Every component including the “STACKER” Manifold has been designed to deliver product under controlled positive pressure all the way to the opener.
“STACKER” MANIFOLD is designed for multiple stacking and interconnects to gives the customer total flexibility for system installation on any size tillage bars and planters. It also enables independent multiple liquids in one pass. The large manifold bore ensures even flow pressure to all lines and each outlet. Each manifold can deliver liquid to up to 20 rows/outlets.
MANIFOLD O’RING ADAPTORS have been designed to eliminate leaks & issues that can arise when trying to maintain a seal on threaded fittings. Thread sealants are not required.
TERMINAL ASSEMBLIES are custom designed, robust, flexible push-in fittings for narrow or wide spacing, low to high application rates and a wide range of operating speeds. There is a comprehensive range to suit different openers, application rates and products.
INDUCTION FILTER is important in maintaining open lines to all openers. Product filtration ensures any loose particles in the liquid are captured to prevent blockage or impairment of flow in the delivery lines.

SECTION CONTROL is available as an option with any LQS System. It provides enormous efficiency gains through reduced overlap. Section valves are driven by Precision Ag controllers. Each section connects to a separate “STACKER” Manifold which are available in a variety of configurations for varying planting regimes. Implement up to 12 sections on planters and air seeders.
