Single and Dual Stacker Kits

Our standard manifold configurations provide even distribution of liquid across air tool tillage bars with up to 100 rows and up to 60 rows across a planter.

AIR TOOL configurations are available with from one to 8 manifold assemblies, in single or dual liquid configurations. Each manifold is capable of delivering liquid to up to 20 rows. To avoid damage to delivery tubing, at least one manifold per folding section is required. I.e. a double fold tillage bar requires 5 manifolds.

PLANTER configurations are available with from one to six manifolds, in single or dual liquid configurations. Each manifold is capable of delivering liquid to up to 10 rows.

The Stacker Manifold

The Stacker Manifold is the core of the Stacker Distribution System. The manifold is an LQS designed component, designed for multiple stacking and interconnects to give the installer total flexibility for system installation on tillage bars.

Their large bore size ensures even pressure to all outlets. Each manifold can support up to 20 outlets, however, generally, the system is configured with one manifold (or dual-stack) per section of the tillage bar.

All manifolds come with a stainless steel universal mounting assembly for fitting onto any colour implement. Manifolds, mounts and all plumbing are included in all configurations.
