Our primary goal here at Liquid Systems (SA) has always been to deliver quality products to our customers. As our business grows we are doing our best to ensure that as well as quality products we provide a quality service to our customers and dealers. We endeavour to ensure timely delivery, excellent technical support, availability of replacement parts and favourable trading terms to make the delivery, installation and maintenance of our products as simple and painless as possible.
Design
Liquid Systems (SA) Quality starts at the very beginning with the design process. All our systems and components are designed using state of the art 3d mechanical design tool Solidworks.
Our mechanical know how comes from over 40 years of experience in research, design and manufacture of agricultural equipment.
All components and product configurations undergo thorough testing and review prior to release to production.
Manufacturing
The Liquid Systems (SA) Quality Management System ensures that products leave the factory on time, are working and of high quality. Some of the features of the Liquid Systems (SA) Quality Management System are:
- build quality checklists
- documented 8 point wet testing of all modules shipped
- job scheduling system
- commonality of parts across systems
- pre-built sub assemblies
- pre packaged parts kits
And the result? In the 2009-10 Financial Year Liquid Systems had no warranty claims on any of its products. Manufacturing quality doesn’t come any better than that.
Dealership Support
At Liquid Systems (SA) we believe in providing our dealers with exceptional support. We assist new dealers in the learning curve that comes with marketing new technologies and all the technical aspects such as installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of our systems.
We provide a comprehensive dealer handbook that assists in quoting on systems, spare parts ordering and troubleshooting in the field. Our comprehensive promotional material and website ensure that dealers can provide the customer with all the information they need to make an informed purchasing decision.
Sales and Supply Process
Our streamlined sales process has been developed to ensure that the transition from quote to order to shipped goods and invoice is properly tracked and documented. This process is tightly integrated with our manufacturing process as part of our Quality Management System.
