Ramped Twin Line Stacker Distribution delivery accuracy with massive operating ranges:

• Allows liquid application over a far greater range of application rates and ground speed.
• Provides stream control and application accuracy only possible with a pressure based – fixed orifice size delivery system.
• “Ramped” injection works on the same principle as “Dual Boom” sprayers using twin delivery lines and twin line meters (orifices) that then converge into a single stream.
• Controller software activates the 2^nd line when it reaches an operator defined threshold value for flow, speed or pressure.
• Application rate is unaffected during transition from single to twin line operation.
• “Ramped” Injection can be integrated into any liquid application regime.
• Has been specifically developed to complement variable speed and/or variable rate application for strip-till and side dressing.
• “Ramped” Injection will be available for both single and dual system configurations.
